So the two in front of her were both her seniors. Huh, interesting. And Atticus seemed very happy that he'd be seeing Saku around. You can just see it on his face. Saku grinned at him. "I guess we'll be seeing each other quite a few times after this encounter." She turned to face them both, "Please take care of me, senpais!" And with that said, it looks like Saku can finally calm down being around the two.[/ul]

"Wow." Atticus said in a hushed whisper, "You must have gone through a lot. Six months? Man..." Atticus never really gave a thought to things like accidents and disasters that happened to people. He didn't see them as trivial things, but he never really thought about them. Sure, he made videos about them, but that was it. He never had an immediate family member or a friend who had encountered something like that either. I guess my family is lucky. Atticus thought.
"But now you're a dancer, right?" Atticus piped up, "So that's good! It's all gooood~" he laughed, his solemn expression immediately brightening. If he had thought about accidents and serious stuff like that for a second longer, the boy would have surely gone crazy. No, Atticus was somebody who always had to be optimistic and cheerful. He just couldn't function properly otherwise.
"I guess we'll be seeing each other quite a few times after this encounter. Please take care of me, senpais!"
"Whoa!" Atticus suddenly shouted, "You didn't stutter this time! And of course we'll take care of you!" he nodded proudly as if he was watching his child speak for the first time. The only difference was that Atticus knew Saku for less than fifteen minutes, but that didn't matter to him. Fifteen minutes was plenty of time for Atticus to get acquainted with each other and become friends.

"But now you're a dancer, right?" Atticus asked, his face splitting into a grin once more. "So that's good! It's all gooood~"
"Yep, dancing it is." he replied. "Learned what I could in physical therapy, then the rest was up to me."
Yamamoto found himself grinning, as well. Atticus certainly did have an infectious personality! He liked that about him. Yamamoto had entered the choreography room that morning expecting to sit quietly and read until he felt like attending class, but, instead, Atticus and Saku had joined him, making his morning infinitely better - and waking him up, as well.
"I guess we'll be seeing each other quite a few times after this encounter. Please take care of me, senpais!" Saku said, also grinning at the older boys.
Even though Yamamoto wasn't in the acting division, he knew he'd be making it a point to see both Saku and Atticus again. They were the first friends he had made not just at Aozora, but in a few years, as well.
It was a nice feeling - knowing he'd have someone to talk to when he wanted to.
"Ah, no problem!" Yamamoto told Saku, smiling. "I'll be there for ya~"
He glanced at Atticus as well, throwing the blonde a smile.

Saku startled at the sudden shouting coming from Atticus. As if words literally came out of her mouth, the girl placed a hand over her mouth. She removed her hand after a second or two and said, "Oh." Her stuttering was gone because she became comfortable around the two. She was just nervous considering that they were of the opposite gender and a year older. But seeing as Atticus and Yamamoto were being friendly with her, she became levelheaded again. The girl couldn't help but smile at the two in front of her. "Ah, no problem!" I'll be there for ya~" Where was the sudden support coming from? She had just met the two, and already they were making her cheeks tint a shade of pink from all of their encouragement. If her mother were still here, Saku thought, what Maika would say. "Thank you!" She couldn't contain her happiness anymore, and just kept smiling as she sat there. Not exactly knowing what to do next, Saku stood up and glanced around the room for the third time. She looked down at the two still seated. "Hey Yamamoto-senpai, why don't you break a move?"[/ul]

"I honestly wouldn't have had the motivation~" Atticus said, still in a state of awe, "Learning dancing right after an accident? That must have taken a lot of effort." Atticus sat in silence for awhile, and eventually turned to look at Saku just in time to see her smile. Atticus mirrored her smile, except his was considerably wider and flashier.
"Hey Yamamoto-senpai, why don't you break a move?"
Atticus suddenly nodded enthusiastically and jumped up on his feet as well. "That's a great idea! Here, you know what, if you don't mind -- can I film you?" he asked excitedly, "I would really love to post a video about you dancing up on Youtube. I haven't exposed much of Aozora's talent to the web yet, I'm sure a lot of my subscribers would be interested." The blonde took his camera out of his backpack and turned it on.
"I can't wait to see what you got, Yamamoto." Atticus grinned.

"Hey Yamamoto-senpai, why don't you break a move?"
Atticus nodded quickly after Saku's statement, and jumped up on his feet. "That's a great idea! Here, you know what, if you don't mind -- can I film you?"
Yamamoto blushed a bit, slowly following the other two and climbing to his feet as well. He bent over to retrieve his backpack, stuffing his book back inside and digging for his iPod. "Uh, sure, that's fine with me."
When he found the small electronic device, he flipped through the songs he had for the perfect song to show-off to. That's what he was going to do - show his favorite moves to Saku and Atticus. No one had asked to see him dance since he had arrived, either, not even his teachers.
Though, to be fair, Yamamoto hadn't really attended many classes or given the teachers an opportunity to even learn his name.
He found the song he had been listening to the last time he had practiced - some up-beat techno track that had very little lyrics - and set his iPod on a bench. Thankfully, Yamamoto's uniform was a bit too big for him, but he took his blazer off anyway, dropping it on the same bench.
Nodding at Atticus and his camera, Yamamoto began to dance - swaying this way and that, twisting his arms and spinning around on his previously injured leg.
It felt freeing. Yamamoto had forgotten the feeling of dancing for an audience. He continued until the song ended, showing the two why he was accepted into Aozora Academy.
When he was finished, Yamamoto spun around to face Saku, Atticus and whoever would be watching the video later and gave them a huge smile and a thumbs up, then bowing to them.
"How was that, guys?" he asked, still grinning at his new friends.

There was a huge grin on Yamamoto's face, one that was identical to her's and Atticus's. "That was amazing, Yamamoto-senpai." Truly it was. There was no mistake on how Yamamoto had entered Aozora in the first place. ( ooc; i forgot why i asked him to dance. i don't know how to reply to this. xD but yeah, it was a good description. :3 )[/ul]

Glad to receive approval, Atticus set up the camera as Yamamoto got his iPod. The blonde boy fumbled with the camera's options and started recording as soon as Yamamoto began to dance. The boy had grown accustomed to holding the camera, and was usually incredibly steady. However, Atticus was so awed by Yamamoto's dancing that his hand was shaking a little.
"How was that, guys?"
Atticus stopped recording and set the camera down on the floor. As soon as Saku gave her opinion, the blonde immediately sprang up into the air, applauding wildly. "That was great!" he shouted, nodding enthusiastically. "You're so good! How did you manage to learn all of that?" he laughed, "I'm sure you'll become a pro once you get out of here. How can a company not want you?"

They'd both told him it was amazing - Atticus was a bit more enthusiastic, though - and Yamamoto grinned at them, tugging his blazer back on. He stuffed his iPod back into his backpack, as well.
"You're so good! How did you manage to learn all of that?" Atticus asked him, still smiling.
Yamamoto reached down to pat his left leg. "If I hadn't crushed my leg, I'd never have learned it." When he looked back up at the two, his smile was still in place. "I taught myself, mostly. It was really painful in the beginning, but I was bored and confined to my house."
He shrugged, letting the story develope itself from that point, though he added, "I don't really mind if a big company wants me or just a string of small theaters - as long as I get to do what I enjoy."
Yamamoto realized he'd been talking too much about himself, and flailed his right arm in the direction or Atticus and Saku. "You two are both actors? How do you guys like that?"

But surely without crushing one's leg, he'd be able to learn it eventually. Right? Saku inwardly cringed at the mental image of Yamamoto's crushed leg. It sent a shudder to go through her spine. What had happened to him during the accident piqued the girl's curiosity. But she wasn't going to ask for details right then and there. For one, he might not be comfortable telling her. And two, they had just met and Saku didn't want to go poking her nose in another person's business. But maybe some other time she'll ask for details. "You two are both actors? How do you guys like that?" Simply saying that she likes acting would be a complete understatement. She didn't just like acting. She loved it. Even that sounded like an understatement. There was always some kind of sparkling in her eyes when she acted. Pretending to be someone else was always a challenge, one that Saku can grasp easily or with difficulty depending on the character's personality. But nonetheless, she still tried her best to perfect the role. The challenges acting offered is what Saku loves the most. The variety of roles adds on to the level of difficulty and it excited her. To answer Yamamoto's question, Saku replied with, "acting has been my life for quite some time and still is. There's just something about it that I can't explain."She wondered if her answer sufficed his question. It was tough replying to it without making the reply be too boring and bland. Saku looked to Atticus and waited for his reply. Surely he felt the same towards acting?[/ul]

Atticus was nothing but full of awe today. Yamamoto was definitely amazing, nobody could deny that. After going through an accident, a crushed leg, and being bedridden for six months the boy had still learned to dance and he was good at it. It was too much greatness for Atticus to handle.
"I don't really mind if a big company wants me or just a string of small theaters - as long as I get to do what I enjoy."
"That's really cool. It sounds like something, you know, one of those inspirational people would say. Like, they don't care about where they get to express their talent you know? As long as they're able to express it. That's you. You're pretty cool." Atticus laughed, sitting back down and putting his camera back into his backpack. The conversation then moved to acting, and Atticus turned to see what Saku would say.
"Acting has been my life for quite some time and still is. There's just something about it that I can't explain."
"Wow, that's pretty cool too! Both of you love your majors so much." Atticus said, "Me? I love acting, yeah... it's fun. But I'm not passionate about it like everyone else is. I joined Aozora with zero experience. I learned more about acting, yeah, and I started liking it... but it's not something that I'll keep." he shrugged nonchalantly, crossing his legs, "I think I would much rather just take videos of myself and post it online so that the world can see for the rest of my life. Explorin' the world and video blogging it. That's what I want to do instead of acting. But, uh, yeah, acting's cool too I guess." Atticus laughed. He didn't want to seem like someone who hated acting, because he didn't. He loved his major. It was fun and entertaining, and he wouldn't change it if he had the choice to. He loved it, but not as much as he liked telling stories.
"We should do a play together sometime, Saku!" Atticus suggested, "And then when we do, we can invite Yamamoto to see it. It's only fair, right? We saw him dance!"

Yamamoto didn't like the expression on Atticus' face, but he didn't know how to go about cheering him up, either. He didn't understand why someone would spend time - or waste time - doing something they didn't wholeheartedly enjoy.
Sure Atticus still made his videos, but, if Yamamoto were in his shoes and had his talent, he'd be applying to film schools all over the world instead of staying in Japan at a school of the arts.
Saku was different - Yamamoto could tell she was completely infatuated with her major. She had said it was her life, and Yamamoto believed that entirely. It was... sort of cute... the look she had on her face while trying to explain it to the two boys.
"We should do a play together sometime, Saku!" Atticus suggested happily, "And then when we do, we can invite Yamamoto to see it. It's only fair, right? We saw him dance!"
"Ah, not because it's 'fair,'" Yamamoto said, smiling at them both, "But I'd love to come to your shows!"

Now this talk about online videos piqued Saku's curiosity. Yamamoto and Atticus had been talking about it before, but never really filled her in on it. She made it a point to ask one of them about it later. "We should do a play together sometime, Saku!" Atticus suggested. "And then when we do, we can invite Yamamoto to see it. It's only fair, right? We saw him dance!" It was only fair. She had asked him to dance and he did. Some time in the future, Yamamoto would have to see them on stage so he can see how the two acted. Saku nodded at Atticus's suggestion and turned to look at Yamamoto when he talked. "Ah, not becuase it's 'fair,' but I'd love to come to your shows!" Seems like it wasn't only Atticus who was happy with this idea. Then it was set. Atticus and Saku would have to perform at the school play and invite Yamamoto to come watch. It was, as Atticus had put it, fair. "It's a great idea! I'm looking forward to it already~"[/ul]

"Ah, not because it's 'fair', but I'd love to come to your shows!"
Atticus merely laughed, shaking his head. "Alright, alright! So, it's all set then! I guess I'll be seeing a lot of you in the future, Saku!" He grinned, already thinking up of ideas for what they could do. He wasn't the best actor, but he definitely enjoyed it. Saku's probably ten times better than me when it comes to acting. He thought, expecting to feel disheartened since he had been studying at Aozora more than Saku had. However, he didn't feel disheartened at all. It just made his excitement for this play grow even more.
"It's a great idea! I'm looking forward to it already~"
"Me too!" Atticus smiled, standing up once more. "We can do a play about dragons and stuff! Or robots! Robots are always cool, yeah!?" he laughed childishly as his eyes became brighter and brighter with every idea, "And sword fights! Or like a princess and prince or something! It'd definitely be cool!" he looked around enthusiastically at the two students sitting down.
"I'm glad I met you two!" he added after several moments, "It's been a really fun way to start off the morning, you know?"

Yamamoto sat back down with the two, his arms supporting him from behind. He smiled at his friends, listening as Atticus continued throwing out suggestions for their play. Saku listened intently, also. Neither of them saw Yamamoto shake his head.
"Ghosts, and paranormal occurrences," he said, "But I don't know how you'd but that in a play." Yamamoto looked to Atticus, "You could make videos about them! Like the 'Slenderman' videos from America - I love those!"
He laughed a bit, rubbing the back of his head again. Yamamoto didn't know how Saku and Atticus would react to his weird hobby, but he felt like he could trust them.
"I'm glad I met you two!" Atticus added, "It's been a really fun way to start off the morning, you know?"
Nodding, Yamamoto replied, "I'm glad I met you guys, too! I was just planning on sleeping and reading, but this is much more fun!"
