Character(s): Yamamoto Tsumi and whoever would like to join Time: 8 a.m, Wednesday Location: Choreography Room Yamamoto didn't feel like attending classes today. Actually, he hadn't felt like attending classes all week - which he hadn't done. He had been to one class all week and slept half-way through it. He stifled a yawn again as he entered the Choreography Room, his feet dragging behind him, almost as if he were in one of those American cartoons and had just seen a pretty girl - his eyes weren't bugging out of his skull, though, because Yamamoto's eyes were closed, and he hadn't seen a pretty girl since the night before at dinner. Trudging across the room - ignoring his reflection in the mirrors on the wall - Yamamoto stopped in the middle and plopped down. He tossed his backpack down next to him, as well, and started fishing through it. "Ah-ha," he said quietly when his hand grasped what he had been searching for - his book of "20 Amazingly Real Ghost Stories." He had stayed up far too late the past few nights reading through it alone - he had hoped his roommate would have some interest in the paranormal, but he was wrong. Yamamoto flipped to the page he had dog-eared last night and began reading again, the quiet that the room provided him was more than enough to lull him to sleep in only a few seconds, though.

Exploring was something Atticus had always enjoyed to do. It was his third year at Aozora, and he still hadn't given the Dance division area a complete walkthrough. He had probably seen the choreography room only two or three times since he had first enrolled into the school.
It was bright and early, and the boy didn't have a class that morning. Therefore, after running a bit out on the track field, Atticus headed up towards the Dance division classrooms and opened the door to the choreography room. "Anyone here?~" he sang as he poked his head inside. "Oh, hi!" he cheerfully exclaimed when he noticed Yamamoto sitting in the middle of the choreography room, reading a book.

Yamamoto blinked, turning his head to the blond that had just entered. He knew the boy from his French class, and his English class, he believed. They hadn't spoken often, but he seemed nice enough. Yamamoto had seen him carrying a video camera with him on more than one occasion, which struck him as a bit odd, but he wasn't one to judge.
Setting his book down on top of his backpack, Yamamoto spun fully around to face the boy. His name was Atticus, if he remembered correctly. The dark-haired male had a thing for faces, but names were a tricky subject for him.
"Hi, hi," Yamamoto said, stifling another yawn. "C'mon in and join the party!" He gestured widely to the empty room around him, grinning sleepily. "What brings you here?"

Saku thought. She was already familiar with the acting division, so there's no point in visiting there. And vocals? She didn't think that someone would be singing in the morning. "Choreography room it is," Saku said to herself and started her mini journey to said room. The room itself was pretty big and Saku found herself standing in amazement. She saw two figures in the room, one seemingly reading a book, and another with blond hair. Not sure if approaching them would interrupt their conversation or not, Saku just stood for a second deciding her next move. "It won't hurt to introduce yourself!" the girl thought and she nodded to herself. She approached the two boys with her head facing a bit down. "H-Hi!"[/ul]

As Yamamoto looked up, Atticus suddenly recognized the face. He had seen Yamamoto around before, in a couple of his classes and in the hallways as well. "Oh, hey, I know you!" the blonde exclaimed as the other told him to 'join the party'. Atticus headed inside the room and sat several feet away from the other, grinning widely. "You're in a few of my classes! Yamamoto, right?"
While making himself a bit more comfortable on the ground, he suddenly heard the door to the choreography room open once more. A girl was standing there, stammering a hello. "Hi!" Atticus waved cheerfully, "Don't be nervous, sit down~" he said, as he turned back to face Yamamoto. "Oh? Why I'm here? Well, I just wanted to check this place out. Believe it or not, I never really sat in here before." he said, glancing around the large room in awe. The mirror made the room seem even bigger, which intrigued Atticus even more.

"Oh? Why I'm here? Well, I just wanted to check this place out. Believe it or not, I never really sat in here before."
Yamamoto found himself wondering where Atticus got his energy in the mornings. He then chuckled at the boy's response while smiling at the girl that had entered - she, he did not recognize. Then again, Yamamoto only knew Atticus because they were in the same class - this was a big school filled with people Yamamoto probably wouldn't remember meeting the first time.
He motioned for the girl to join them.
"I sit in here all the time," Yamamoto replied, reaching up to tug at his hair. "Even though this is one of my main classes, no one thinks to look for me in here when I'm skipping." He laughed a bit.
Turning his gaze to the girl, he asked, "Exploring, as well?"

she stuttered once again. She inwardly sighed and slapped the palm of her head to her forehead. She was shy towards people she hardly knew, but they're her classmates. The blond waved at her and she found herself staring at him as he told her to sit down. The other boy who was reading was there too, and he motioned for her to accompany them. She sighed in relief in her head at the thought that she wasn't interrupting them. "Exploring, as well?" Saku looked at the reader, and sat down in a way that she can see the two. From the question, it seems like she wasn't the only one exploring. "Yes. I-I was bored, so..." [/ul]

"Must be nice~" Atticus said wistfully as he leaned back, "It's quiet in here, so nobody's here to disturb you. Actually, it's a perfect filming spot for me. I might use it in the future, if you don't mind me using this place!" he laughed, and pulled out a video camera from his backpack, "I make online videos." he explained. After meeting so many people who accepted Atticus's odd personality and quirks, the boy was completely at ease with everyone around him.
Atticus glanced over at the girl, "Really? You're exploring? Did you find anything interesting?!" he asked exited, as he sat back up properly. "And, oh, I don't think we got your name? I'm Atticus." he said, and scooted closer to the girl so that she could shake his hand. He was the type of person who always needed to shake someone else's hand when he first met them, he had greeted others this way ever since he was a child.

"It's quiet in here, so nobody's here to disturb you. Actually, it's a perfect filming spot for me. I might use it in the future, if you don't mind me using this place!" he laughed, and Yamamoto watched as Atticus pulled out a video camera from his backpack, "I make online videos." he told them.
That's why Atticus seemed familiar to him! It wasn't that they had class together, it was because he was a YouTube star. Yamamoto had started following him after his accident - when he was holed up in the hospital and at home for months on end. The guy was funny, whether he meant to be or not.
"Yeah!" Yamamoto said, a short burst of energy rocketing through him. "I'm seen your videos - they're really great!" He smiled at the other boy, knowing he had more than likely just made his first friend at Aozora.
Yamamoto didn't hear what Atticus said to the girl next, but turned to her himself. "Have we met before?" She still looked a bit shy, and Yamamoto didn't like her uncomfortable look. He offered her his hand, as well. "Yamamoto Tsumi."

At the excited voice, Saku was taken aback and her eyes went a bit wider than usual. But calmed herself down before any of the two would notice. So the blond's name was Atticus. "What an unusual name," Saku thought. "Must be from somewhere else." Atticus scooted closer to her and held out her hand. It was only polite to shake his hand back, and she did just that. Her grip wasn't too tight nor was it too gentle. She smiled at him and introduced herself with a nod, "I'm Saku Hikage. P-Pleased to meet you." Saku bowed her head slightly and kept the small smile on her face. She remembered his earlier question and tried to remember what she saw before going to the choreography room. Was there anything interesting? Not really. "I didn't see anything interesting on my way here. I'm sorry." She then turned her attention to the other boy present. Atticus and himself were talking about videos, that must be why Atticus asked her about finding anything interesting. It all clicked. "Have we met before?""I don't think w-we've had." The boy didn't look like he was associated with the acting division, so what Saku knew about him was very little to none. Ah~ so his name was Yamamoto Tsumi. An easy name and face to remember. Yamamoto held out his hand and Saku took it with ease. "Saku Hikage. P-Pleased to meet you." Saku slightly bowed her head again, just like what she did with Atticus. She felt herself return to her usual levelheadedness, and it was a good thing too. [/ul]

"You've seen my videos?!" Atticus suddenly exclaimed, a look of genuine shock appearing on his face. He sprung up excitedly so that he was now standing - because, really, sitting down wasn't a decent position for all of that shock he was currently feeling. Yamamoto was the second person Atticus had met that year that knew about him. "Wow," he said, his expression of shock still lingering on his features. "You really think they're great?" he asked, breaking out into a relieved smile. Two people in the entire school knew about Atticus's videos and actually liked them.
"Pleased to meet you as well!~" Atticus sang as Saku introduced herself. He noticed that the way she gripped his hand was completely neutral. Eh? She has no life to her! he thought as he scooted back to his original position. By the time we leave, I'm going to make her laugh. He thought determinedly. After considering the difficulty of his goal, he then added, ...or at least make her stop stuttering.
"You don't have to apologize!" Atticus exclaimed when she said sorry for not finding anything interesting, "I would actually be surprised if you did, because I didn't find anything too amazing on the way here either. If you had found something cool, I would be insanely jealous of you right now." he laughed, "So what year and division are you in?"

"You've seen my videos?!" Atticus shouted, jumping up to his feet excitedly. "Wow, you really think they're great?"
Yamamoto smiled a bit shyly - he had no idea Atticus would get that excited about it. He was glad he could make someone that happy, even if it was just for a few seconds.
"Yeah," Yamamoto replied as Atticus addressed Saku again. "They're great entertainment when you're bedridden with only a laptop." He chuckled.
Saku then looked at him, or, near him, her head was still slightly bowed. "I don't think w-we have," she told him, and Yamamoto had to take a moment to remember what he ad asked her.
Huh. She looked familiar as well.
Atticus spoke again, laughing when he finished, then asked, "So what year and division are you in?"
Saku still looked a bit out-of-place, so Yamamoto answered before her, even if the question wasn't technically directed at him, it would be a decent ice-breaker for her.
"I'm a third year, dancing division." he told them, opening his arms wide to gesture around the room again. "Welcome to my humble abode."

Right then and there, Saku wanted to apologize for apologizing, but she refrained from doing so by bitting her lower lip. "So what year and division are you in?" Come to think of it, Atticus and Yamamoto don't seem to be familiar in any of her classes. Or maybe they were in her classes, but she never noticed. Also, Yamamoto was bedridden? "I'm a third year, dancing division." And with arms wide, Yamamoto added, "Welcome to my humble abode."As he arms went wide, Saku glanced around the room again. So Yamamoto was a dancer, was Atticus a dancer as well? "I'm a second year in the acting division. S-so that would make you my senior." Saku slightly bowed her head at his direction. She turned to face Atticus and asked, "H-how about you?" If Saku were to take a stab at guessing what division he was in, it'd be dancing just like Yamamoto. But then again, he was exploring as well, so... Singing? He looked the type.[/ul]

"Bedridden with only a laptop?!" Atticus exclaimed, "Why were you bedridden? That must have sucked." the blonde shook his head. He couldn't imagine staying in bed for more than the needed hours of sleep and rest. Resting was boring, the world was so free and open. Yamamoto must have been dying to be free, Atticus knew that he would be literally moaning and sobbing like a caged animal.
"Oh, dancing huh?" Atticus asked, genuinely interested. He hadn't met that many Dance students yet, so this was the first one he had seen in a long while. "I'm a second year in the acting division. S-so that would make you my senior." She was still stuttering. Atticus frowned, wondering why she was still so nervous.
"H-how about you?"
"Eh?" the blonde asked, and realized that the girl was talking to him. "I'm a third year, acting division as well!" He announced cheerfully, "I guess that means I'll be seeing you around in the future! It's my lucky daaaaaay!~" he sang, his expression still fixed in a state of happiness.

"Bedridden with only a laptop?!" Atticus exclaimed, his gaze swiviling back to Yamamoto, "Why were you bedridden? That must have sucked."
The dark-haired male reached up to rub the back of his neck. No one had asked him about the accident - not even the school's administrators, though "ACCIDENT" was written on his application. Yamamoto shot the boy a half smile.
"I was in a pretty bad car accident when I was thirteen, and I was stuck in bed for almost six months aside from physical therapy - that was the only place I was allowed to go." He chuckled. "It was pretty awful - thought I'd never walk again."
Yamamoto shrugged lightly - he wasn't one to make a big deal of the past, and he never used the accident to gain anything in his life. When people showed genuine interest in what happened to him, he was always a little bit shocked. He didn't think of the accident as something that hindered him in life, but rather as something that freed him.
It was a bit odd trying to explain that to others, though, so Yamamoto usually kept that part to himself.
